How to eat the whole thing

First time ordering the whole dinner? Here's the order of operations. Take your time - the tide isn't going anywhere.

Claws first.

Twist them off and crack them open. The knuckle meat next door is the sweetest bite in the whole lobster.

Take the tail.

Twists it away fro the body and snap off the little flippers at the enc.

Push, don't dig.

Push the tail meat out in one piece wit your fork. Thumb also works. Nobody's judging.

Don't skip the legs.

Bite down gently and squeeze the meat out like a straw. This is where the locals live.
